You've been using our service and we hope you will fully enjoy all of its benefits.
If you create a Qwiid or participate in a Qwiid, log in or use the service in any way you acknowledge to have read and accepted these terms of use.

The service should be used as it has been set up by us.

The service and all accessory material (trademarks, domain names, trade names, documentation,...) is the exclusive property of Qwiid Company. You should respect this property and not copy, modify or (re)sell all or any part of it.

Not excluding other sanctions or remedies, violation of any of the terms of use will terminate your usage rights of the service and can result in the termination of your user-account or access to the service.

We are very proud of our service. We put a great deal of effort into reaching a high quality. Nonetheless, it should be clear that your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. This also means that we do not guarantee the absences of any shortcomings (interruption, latency, security failure, error).

Should a problem occur, we will strive to do better. The most important reason for the absence of any warranty is of course the limitation of liability. Qwiid Company will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.

We understand that the use of the service may entail that you submit valuable data to the service. That is why we take multiple precautions to secure and protect that data. We encourage you to do the same as we will not be liable for unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data and for the deletion of, corruption of, or failure to store, any content and other communications data maintained or transmitted by or through the use of the service.

At no time and in no way can Qwiid Company be held accountable for the contents or the opinions expressed by users of the service. Qwiid Company rejects any content of an illegal, aggressive or discriminatory (racist, homophobic, misogynous, ...) nature.

You understand that Qwiid Company uses third parties (e.g., hosting partners) to provide the necessary resources (e.g., hardware, software, networking, storage, etc.) to run the service.

You ensure that all registration information you provide will always be valid, correct, and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your user-account and password. User- accounts registered by bots or other automated methods are not permitted.

The way we handle privacy matters is explained in our privacy policy.
The following additional conditions are stipulated for the purpose of the “discovery” agreement:
- On the site setup in performance of the “discovery agreement”, accounts and Qwiid can still be created by Qwiid Company.
- On the site setup in performance of the “discovery agreement”,Qwiid Company can use accounts with administrator rights. This will only be done for the purpose of providing customer support and customer will be informed of this.
- Site activity can be assessed in a statistical matter and processed by Qwiid Company. Qwiid Company will never transfer this data to third parties. Furthermore Qwiid Company will not extract any material information that was introduced into Qwiid by customer from the databases applied for this introduction.

Should any term of use be or become invalid or unenforceable this will not impact any other term of use.

These terms of use and your relationship with Qwiid Company are governed by Belgian law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
